A solar-powered car charging station has opened in Chicago. We may see a lot of these in the near future. It’s called ChargePoint, and the charging power is provided by a “solar tree”.

It was developed by Coulomb Technologies, who recently teamed up with Carbon Day Automotive. The station is monitored through a smart network.

Just to clarify, this isn’t the Solar Tree. The Solar Tree is made by Envision Solar, a different company. The pictures above show a technology called the “Solar Plug-in Station,” which is a combination of the ChargePoint and solar photovoltaics.
Could you please tell me who to contact to have several of these station.
Have a good weekend.
